Hello,

I have a huge problem with the verification of my account. Till about 14 days I am sending more and more photos of my passport. I have a new mobile phone, I use the highest pixel resolution. All photos are high quality, of course, the written parts can be read perfectly.

It doesn't matter, which photo I send, all photos have been rejected yet.

I contacted the support chat and email support several times to get help. All I ever received were copied text modules.

The only information I could get from Mr.Bet (after about 14 days!!) is, that the quality of the photos is too low. I am NOT new to making photos, but I do not know, what I could send better, than the photos I sent.

I am sending you some of the photos I sent in the past few days.

I hope you can help me.

My account has a credit of about 900,00 Euro and I would like to withdraw them.

After I uploaded a 300dpi photo of my passport, Mr.Bet simply blocked my account. This “violation” is pointed out:

Your account has been blocked for the following reason "3.1.3. You must provide all mandatory information requested in your registration form, in particular information about your identity, your address and your contact details, including a valid email address, your place of residence, your telephone number and your date of birth.

Please do something to get this casino closed. Totally dubious. As long as you make deposits, everything is fine. As soon as you want to withdraw, the problems begin :-(

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
