On Jan 18 I won $400. Every time I sent in papers they did not work. Finally 6 days ago I found out my address was wrong. Now every time I talk to them. Which has been every day by email or by chat. Different stories.

First it was 24 to 48 hours. Than 28 days. Now 2 weeks. Just to make an address change. Also because I was getting up set.

They assumed I had a gambling problem. They froze my account. When did these people go get a medical degree in mental heath. I have not touched that $400. That should prove I don't have a problem. I just want my money.
