I request for withdrawal for my winnings but they forcing me to provide a documents that my bank is don't provide it. My bank don't provide bankcard number on be displayed on their bank statement documents. It is illegal for them to display costumers personal bank card number even for the bank statement. I sent my bank statement together with my bank card front and bank images as proof. And also I have emails of receipt from them that I able to deposit on months of latest April and March.
Still they prolong me two weeks and keep denying me to be verified. In my bank - bank statement they only provide bank account number not bankcard number it is very suspicious for anyone to ask their private bankcard number. I ask them nicely to solve the issues and ask them if was there any other ways but they keep repeating that I need to provide that documents or else I can't have my winnings.
So I am lost and don't know what to do I call my bank and they said clearly they don't display bankcard number on the customers bank statement only bank account number. So please help me fixed it? It was two weeks alrady like this.
While I was verified already by them long time ago I don't know why they repeat the verification without explanation why. How can I withdraw my winnings? I attach my bank statement and bank card also that sent to them for verification that they denied coz they wants bank card number to be display or appear on my bank statement but my bank don't allow secrecy of customer about their bankcard number. Hope you understand I can't provide other documents that is not allowed for the bank to provide or display, it is against the law.
