I created a withdrawal request for $7,500 CAD around march 7th , and my account was verified within a couple of weeks.

Since then I have been getting the same generic answers from not only live chat but through their support email as well which is just to wait further due to a “high volume of withdrawal requests”. On the 16th of April when I reached out to them again I was told “ confirmation from our side takes up to 48 hours. All transactions are processed manually on a first-come first-serve basis” any additional times I’ve reached out to them I’ve been told they can’t provide an exact timeline and to just wait. If they had followed their timeline of 48 hours I would have been sent my winnings around April 16th-17th at the latest.

Before reaching out to the licensee, I'm hoping my issue can be resolved first like so many others people on AskGamblers. Thank you in advance !

I have been waiting for 8 days just for the withdrawal process alone which is supposed to only take 48 hours. Before that the verification was even longer. I have tried to connect with chat support many times and genuinely only received this exact same generic answer with no sort of timeline and no help from them, also essentially the same thing is being said every time.

Please help me on this issue. Thank you. If this issue is not resolved swiftly I intend to reach out to the licensee, thanks.
