Hi, I've sent everything but the kitchen sink and I am still being denied and rejected from the verification process at Mr.bet. They owe me 643 dollars. Can u please help me resolve this issue with them. And why do they do this?? Always rejected. It causes nothing but greif and undue hardship. Thank you. As they accepted everything else but verification for address. Please let me know if u received the pics I sent of proof. thx

thats bs! you want proof of address.. but now ur saying you dont accept screen shots u accepted my pic id.. that has my address on it.. and was a screen shot.& if ur system isnt accepting screen shots NOW.. i suggest u better get that fixed... fkn bs.. just pay me my winnings that i won 2 months ago. so this can be done.. cuz i,m not giving you any more of my personal info.. u have enough info for the address,, so i dunno wat ur problem is. do u enjoy ripping off seniors and causing them undue hardship? do u see the address now??

another stalling tactic?.. i,ve sent new docs in this morning.. and if their not approved this time i will be looking into curaco gaming commissioner site.. this past 2/3 months of being denied my winnings is.. bad business.. and unfair to myself and others.. for THE DENIAL OF WINNINGS..

yes i know my documents were declined.. now and for the past 2/3 months.. i have filed a complaint at curaco gaming commissioner about this..tired of this game your playing.. as obviously u dont plan of paying my winnings.. of six hundred and forty three dollars and some cents.. any time soon.. as i feel you keep lying about the verification process.. u have everything needed to verify myself and winnings.. so i dunno wat ur problem is? i changed Camera SETTINGS to ur specification.. still NOT VERIFIED. i sent in NON SCREEN SHOTS..still not VERIFIED.. AND DENIED OF MY WINNINGS STILL!! TO THIS DAY..so u tell me.. i ,ve DONE EVERYTHING ON LIST!!

Dear all,

According to the latest verification status update, instead of documents in PDF format, the user uploaded screen shots of another device on which files in PDF format were opened. Unfortunately, we cannot accept such images, so the documents were rejected and the user was again asked to upload files in PDF format.
We agreed that the PDF format of bank statements with the required deposit to our website and the indicated address is the best option for the user, since photos and screenshots of screens or printouts of statements without bank seals cannot be accepted for verification.

thats bs.. and you know it.. i sent u the documents in Pdf form.. ur just trying to find every excuse not to pay me my winnings!! as its been 2/3 months now.. as word of advice.. start n making your verification process more clearer.. so other players dont have to go through wat i,m going through..STILL WAITING....I hope the whole word reads these complaints..about your site and wat you,ve done.. and havnt done..VERY UNHAPPY FORMER CUSTOMER!!
