Dear sir/ madam
I have played at Mr Bet casino for over seven years. I never won anything until last year 2023 in December that I won some money.
I quickly requested a withdrawal but was rejected because it f the verification process. They rejected my withdrawal because they said I had not verified my account. I quickly sent the necessary documents to get my account verified on the 18th of December. I also changed my address because I had moved house, and since you cannot change your address in the Mr bet website as other casinos do, I requested a form from the person who was chatting with me and she provided one. I filled the form and sent everything to them. I could see that all my documents were in the green and that after the first rejection, everything was ok finally.
I kept waiting and waiting but to no avail. The verification process had stopped. I contacted the department many times and they told me that they were working on it and that within 24 hours, everything was going to go through. I waited four days again and nothing. I was talking to them and they told me eventually that it was the address changing process that takes time. I was stunned. Address? I thought because it’s one of the most simplified schemes in all the casinos I know of. I waited and waited. My documents all show green but I was told that the address was still not done—that it was another department that was responsible for that. I was told that they were going to write to the department for quick response to the process but nothing happened. It’s now been fifteen days and I have not seen anything. I began playing again a few days ago but later decided to suspend my account because was not seeing anything positive about my withdrawal request. It all sounds strange because in my twenty years of gaming, I have never been treated like this. I cancelled the old withdrawal request and made another one with a larger amount. Still, there’s no improvement with the verification because according to the staff, the department that was supposed to change my address had not done so. I told them today that I was no longer going to wait anymore and that I was going to contact the authorities through you. I am saddened that this is happening after playing there for eight years.
I need this matter resolved. I know that something is to be worked out somewhere and I trust that this matter be resolved amicably. I can’t wait for fifteen days to get my address changed so that my account can be verified and I can withdraw some money. That is surely not acceptable, that’s why I contacted you.

It is true that I have received information that my account with Mr Bet has been verified yesterday just before time ran out on them to respond.
I am not aware of the glitch that they are talking about, that caused the delay. I would’ve loved to be in the glitch conversation so as to not worry because of lack of information of what was transpiring. After all, the account is mine and it’s me who is the customer and the player and the plaintiff.
I have gone to my account with Mr Ber and it is confirmed that it is verified.
Part of the funds are being transferred to my account, according to them and the rest will follow on the 15th and the 22nd, respectively.
I am not celebrating yet and you shouldn’t either, because I have not yet received the funds that they are telling us that they have transferred.
The moment I receive the funds, I will update you and possibly toast you with appreciations.
I am still waiting and watching.
I appreciate your help and support so far and I cross my fingers for the hour that the first instalment will land into my Skrill account.
Skrill is supposed to take only 24 hours, but I have heard that there’s maybe about five days waiting and then another 24 hours.
Whatever the case, I am here to stay.

I haven’t received any funds. The Skrill method I used for withdrawal was rejected without explanation.
The message I received was to withdraw again using the same rejected Skrill or use another method.
I tried using card withdrawal method as mentioned on their website, but that one too was rejected. I have tried to communicate with Mr Bet through their chat site and received mostly generic answers that pressed the importance to wait because the answers were with another department.
Yesterday I changed the withdrawal method to the safest and most widely accepted method—Bank Transfer. I still see that the money I initially transferred was returned to my account—that’s the first instalment.
How can they have all these methods of withdrawal on their website when the methods are not working?
The person I spoke to this morning told me that this new bank transfer method that I have now used is under review and I must wait because there’s a delay due to a lot of people withdrawing—the same farce that I was hearing during the challenged verification process.
I need a method that works; unfortunately, no one is telling me a method that works; all they are telling me is go ahead and use the methods available. But withdrawal has failed using the two methods that works in my country and I am in doubt now because Mr Bet has sent me an email telling me that they have very high load and it will take longer. The whole chat seems unbelievably strange for someone with two failed payment methods and wanting answers.
For today, I will keep my cool—but after today, I will be forced to ask the questions in another way.
Furthermore, even the cards that I used to deposit are not welcomed because Mr bet claimed to have issues with card payments. So what works? What is going to work? How are people going to withdraw their money? How am I going to withdraw my money? I have to wait after a failed withdrawal because Mr Bet says there is a lot on their plate and I who have already been struggling with them for three weeks must wait.
Well, I will wait—today.
I have made three withdrawal requests. The first one was calculated for now—50,000kr.
The second payment was scheduled for the 15th of January 2024–50,000kr and then the third is on the 21st of January 2024–50,000. That’s seven days apart, according to Mr bet’s own regulations.
So I am still waiting—for today only, knowing that Mr bet has already told me that due to a lot of bla bla bla, it will take time—even though I have already waited for over three weeks.
Even though this sounds like the mother of all smokescreens, I will wait for today.

I can confirm that I have received the first payment from Mr Bet today the 11th of January 2024.
The next chunk of money should be processed on the 15th of January 2024 as agreed by both myself and Mr Bet and the final payment should be processed seven days later.

If I follow the last message from Mr Bet, I would come to the conclusion that the matter has been resolved and that the case may have been settled.
Well, the matter is not yet settled completely.
Mr bet must fulfil what we both arranged— and in good time.

I did not receive my money from Mr Bet as we agreed. It is strange that Mr Bet is asking you to close this case.
When it became obvious that Mr Bet was not going to fulfil their obligation on the 15th.
I contacted Mr Bet and asked for the money. They told me that I have to do another verification. Mind you, the last verification was just two weeks ago.
They never bothered to contact me about their new demand. I had to go online to see what they were looking for.
I am now informing you that I have tried to download the documents that they are asking, but their system has been blocked so that I don’t succeed to download those documents. I tried several times but to no avail.
I contacted them and as usual, I heard the man telling me to wait.
I informed them that I was going to inform you about this situation.
What has changed with my documents?
These are the same people who agreed to pay me on the 15th and the next seven days.
I have seen Mr Bet play this game before.
I am recommending that Mr Bet push this matter up because I am loosing hope.
If Mr Bet thinks of playing games, they should know that others can play games too.
This matter should be resolved here or we can take further steps, if Mr Bet doesn’t know.

Thank you for your update. I have received a message from Mr Bet that the surprised new verification was successful. Therfore, according to them, the payment that they were supossed to make on the 15th of this month has now been made on the 19th and the next payment is schedulled for the 21st.

I am now ready to fight back. I have been very patient with Mr Bet to the level that they have taken my leniency as a weakness.

Mr Bet is owing me 120,000kr. Initially when I complained, Mr Bet paid me 50,000, The remaining amount was put up to 120.000 as we speak.
If you read the last statement from Mr Bet, we all agreed that Me Bet was going to pay me 50,000kr on the 15 of January and then another 50,000 on the 21 -22nd of this month. That would fulfil their own terms and conditions of paying out 150,000 in a month. Then the remaining 20,000kr was to be paid on the 1st of February to complete the task.
Well, after waiting several days, I realised that even though today is the 22nd, I have not received the money as they agreed with us. I am missing 100.000kr as agreed by Mr Bet when they agreed to pay 50.000 on the 15th and another 50,000 yesterday or today.
So I am missing 100,000kt.

I contacted their chat and an agent told me that I have been paid the 150.000 for this month and that the next payment can only happen on the 29. I told him I will never fall for that because we had an agreement and they must follow it. The money is in the account. All they needed to do is pay it.
The agent argued that I had been paid 150,000 and that I was only going to be paid again on the 29th. He finally said that that was final and that the decision had already been made.
That’s how unrealistic and naive a person would be during serious conversations.

Askgamblers, I need you to read what Mr bet had been writing here about our deadlines and you will see that, our agreed days of payments were the 11, 15, and 21 respectively.
Mr bet only respected the 11th.
As I speak, after this message, I am going to report this matter to the Norwegian police. The online fraud department. I should’ve done so earlier but because of the I have for you, I wanted to give Mr bet a chance.
I am no longer interested in playing at Mr bet again and I now want all my money and my account to be closed.
I wanted to let you know because the Norwegian police will be contacting you to see the efforts made already.

I will lie low about my impressions of Me bet because of respect of this site, but I can assure you that I will fight them in ways that no one has ever fought them before.

The agent opened his mouth and told me to keep playing. I have some words for him that I can’t speak them here.

I need my money from Mr bet and I need it now. I have already made contact and booked an appointment with the Norwegian police.
I am sure that they know the consequences of such behaviour in Norway.

Dear Askgamblers/ Mr Bet.

It is true that I have received the money paid by Mr Bet.
However, Mr Bet paid out this money late and they didn’t inform me of the new dates that they decided to pay the money.
They failed to follow the dates we agreed on and only paid when it was convenient for them.
I am not happy about that because they only paid after I complained bitterly and then came up with excuses that none of us had any clue about.
Mr bet has now told us that the next payment of 50.000kr is to be made on the 29th of this month.
I am strongly advising Mr Bet to keep this promise and make sure this money is paid on the 29th without any delay.
Failure to do so will truly irritate me in more ways than one.
After that upcoming payment of the 29th, the remaining 20.000kr should be paid on the 1st of February since it is a new month.

If Mr Bet is serious about being upright and trustworthy, they must pay this money as stated or show a good gesture by paying all the funds in one go on the 29th of this month. That will demonstrate a sense of seriousness after the unacceptable behaviour that I have had to struggle with through these six weeks period.
