Hello,

On 06.04.2025 I request a withdraw for around 4000€. After 36h they open a tab for verification. I submit all the papers and after 56h they reject my id because is “older that 2 weeks” and the zip code is different from my bank statement.
1. I cannot change my id every 2weeks and right now it is valid till 2030
2. Zip code it is optional in Romania and some streets do not have a zip code.

It is almost 5 days from the second documents submit and I’m afraid that i will not see my money. The support is not helping me and they do not give you a time frame. It is a lack of transparency between customer and suport.

The saga continues and I didn’t understand what it is happening.

After same days I receive that my documents were approved and they send my request to financial departament after another 38h they cancel my withdraw without any info why they cancel. I request another withdraw on my skrill account. After 36h they ask me for another documents. I didn’t upload anything but my verification tab is close and they send that my documents are uploaded. Just for then to stole time.

Customer support are just some AI tools or something like this. They don’t do anything, they don’t help you.

Every time you have a problem it takes 48h and they will create you a lot of problems just.

Unfortunately, they are not responsible for checking your documents and can only ask you to wait if you have uploaded documents or guide you on what documents have been requested. Their main goal is to help you.

Withdrawals are only possible after successful verification, so far you have unfortunately not passed it. You have uploaded a document only today. The notification you see on the screenshot is a system review, but all documents are also manually checked by specialists.

We sincerely ask you to wait for the document verification and we are doing our best to ensure that it is completed as soon as possible.

You create a false impression that it is my fault. I was verified and my transaction was send to payment, I wait almost 5 days, after that you cancel my payment due to “ technical issues” without any other info.

I request a new withdraw on my Skrill account, I wait another 36h for you to request another document.

You still answer with copy/paste from others complains and you don’t do anything to help the customers. You avoid the truth and start lying about my verification.

You can be a top gambling site but you refuse to help the players and you find any possible wait to delay payment for them to gamble till they loose it all.

Your support team is like a AI Support only standard answers. I just want to finish this dispute and receive my money. The Treatment you offer to the customers is bad.

Hello,
In this morning they ask me for new documents, a photo of the card that they don’t ask me on first verification (I didn’t deposit from my first verification)

I upload all the documents that they were asking me but I’m pretty sure that they will find another way to delay my payment.

They don’t ask you all the documents at once. One by one and they put you to wait another “24-48h” or more again and again and again.

A abusive tactic!
