We have checked your account and can confirm that you have successfully withdrawn 2000 EUR and 3000 EUR on 17th April 2023. We are glad to hear that the withdrawals have been processed successfully and you have received your funds.

As per our terms and conditions, the next payout will be processed on 24th April 2023:
3.6.1. Maximum withdrawal amount processed to any given player is 5 000 EUR (or currency equivalent) per week and 15 000 EUR (or currency equivalent) per month since the last withdrawal, unless otherwise stated.
