On the 21st of March I tried to make a withdrawal but was asked to re verify my proof of address.
I was previously already verified and had made multiple withdrawals in the past with no problems until now.
I have sent 3 documents of proof of address. My bank statement, Inland revenue documents and also had to request a personal letter be sent directly from my Bank, although this is somehow still not enough proof to verify me and proceed with my withdrawal.
Each time I have submitted documentation I have had to wait 48 hours for them to then tell me I need additional documents to support my verification.
They have also requested for me to resend the same photos of documentation with all 4 corners visible.
I believe that they are stalling me and am very frustrated with this whole process. It is now the 26th of April and still not resolved.

Update
Mr Bet is now asking for a previous visa card document and photo. I only have old photos of these details which I provided for verification and still am been denied, going back and forth asking for the document then card photos and back to document.
Am abit lost and honestly don't know what to do, I have been on the support online chat and they've told me to wait 48 hours after only just declining my attempt of trying to verify this new issue.
Guess all I can do is wait and see what they say in two days.

Hi, I dont have any utility bills in my name already mentioned it to your support team. I sent in a government tax letter which got rejected and last time I tried to send any other document I got "unfortunately there are problems with your documents. Please contact our support team."
I dont understand yous say government letters are accepted but refuse to accept mine and also trying to say the PDF file was a scanned copy even though I've sent a physical copy aswell?

Update, Mr bet has now verified my address with what I have previously sent, now asking for proof of my new card I deposit with and now have been verified and received the cashout.
