Hello, my account was frozen about 4 weeks ago. I completed the full verification process as requested, and my account was reopened afterward. However, I’m still unable to withdraw my remaining balance of ₦225,000.
I’ve contacted support several times since then, but the issue has not been resolved. Please help me fix this withdrawal problem as soon as possible. I have all the proof of my completed verification and account reopening if needed.
