Widraw not recieved in my bank account in my bank account but done in my gaming id

I made a withdrawal request of PKR 47,000 from my Mostbet account on 18 August 2025. The withdrawal status showed as done, but the amount never arrived in my UPaisa wallet.
I contacted Mostbet support and they informed me that due to some issue, the money was not transferred. They asked me to provide a new UPaisa wallet number, which I did (03160880860). After some time, I received a message from them saying that my complaint was resolved. However, I still have not received the funds in my wallet.
I also provided all evidence, including screenshots and my UPaisa statement, to Mostbet support as proof, but the issue remains unresolved.
I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help me receive my rightful withdrawal of PKR 47,000.
