On 07.06.2024 my account got frozen for verification purposes. On the same day, I sent all documents required by casino and they successfully verified it, and they appointed my skype call to 22.07.2024. This is extremely, extremely long period of time to wait, however, I accepted as I did not have issues that time. Now, I urgently need money and kindly ask mostbet team to speed up the process as there is still almost 1 month left. I am ready to confirm my identity in any way requested, just speed it up please. There is total of 840 dollars in the account and I do really need to withdraw it as soon as possible.

Just had skype call, answered to all questions. Next step is unfreezing account and withdrawing money, after doing it, I think we might consider the case resolved.
