I am writing in regards to my verification with mostbet. On the 24th of May 2025, I received a mail informing me that my account has been temporarily frozen with a balance of 137USD. Contained in the mail was a list of required documents that I needed to submit for verification. The next day, I dutifully responded to the email and provided all that was asked of me.
Thereafter, a time and date was proposed for video call verification and 26.05.2025 12:00 GMT+1 was selected as the most convenient for me. The video call verification has been carried out and my identity confirmed. I was told to expect feedback soonest from them but it's been over 2 weeks now and my account is still frozen.
I have attached all the necessary documents for your further information.
