I did a Skype verification call with mostbet on September 8th after they locked my account and I had to wait three weeks for the Skype call after already verifying my ID. Since then, I have not heard anything back from them and I am worried since I should have $220 to withdraw, and My account ID is 187418397
I don't know how but after I posted complaint and after some time my account is unfreeze.
