I am contacting you regarding a payment that was marked as "successful" by Mostbet but has not been received on my bank account. According to their policy, the funds should have arrived within 24 hours, but I still haven’t received anything.
As requested, I recorded a screen video of my banking app showing the transaction history from June 21, 2025, to June 22, 2026. The video clearly shows that **no transaction took place during this period**, which logically confirms that **no payment was received**.
I understand that you are expecting to see a date matching the transfer. However, this is not possible in the case of a **missing transaction**. The absence of any transaction **is the proof that the payment was not received**.
I also attached a screenshot showing the last transaction on June 19, 2025, to demonstrate that **no movement has occurred since**.
Please reconsider my complaint in light of these facts. I remain available for any further clarification.
