I am a regular player at this casino, I made several deposits a day, everyday, I made some withdrawals in the past and everything was ok, untill I made a withdrawal request on monday 10/06/2024 at 7h am for the sum of 1500 (screenshot of the congrats message in attached files), and the money never reach my bank account (screenshot of my bank statement), I checked the statut and suprised that was stated DONE ( screenshot of the payment statut page ) , I tried to contact the support but they took away the option contact support, so I sent many mails without any reply (screenshot of the mails in attached files), Can you please check my withdrawal and pay me my money, and also to activate the option to contact the support ( online chat ).
