I am writing this complaint against Mostbet regarding a failed deposit of ₹5000, which I made on 12th July 2025 at 12:45 PM IST.
The UPI transaction was successful from my bank's side, and the money was deducted. However, even after 5 days, the amount has not been credited to my Mostbet account.

I am filing this complaint against Mostbet regarding my deposit of ₹5000, which was successfully debited from my bank on 12 July 2025, but has not been credited to my Mostbet account even after 6 full days.
Despite multiple chats and follow-ups, I have only received copy-paste responses from their support team. Every day they say "your request is in process", but provide no transaction update, no timeline, and no escalation.
They admitted on Day 1 that my request is already “successfully updated in the system”, yet even after 6 days, the money is neither in my gaming account nor refunded.
Mostbet claims to have a €3 Million Guarantee Fund and over 7 million users, but cannot even resolve a ₹5000 issue transparently. Their response is scripted, and no real action is being taken.
According to fair gaming practices and Mostbet's own terms, if a deposit fails to reflect, the money should either:
✅ Be credited to the gaming account
OR
✅ Refunded to the user
I have attached all proofs — including screenshots of the transaction, chat history, and failed deposit status.
I request AskGamblers to escalate this complaint and get my funds refunded immediately, as I no longer wish to continue using this platform.

Mostbet Took My Money — 7 Days, No Credit, No Refund!
It’s been 7 full days since I deposited ₹5000 into my Mostbet account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, and I provided UTR number, transaction proof, date, and time multiple times — yet the money hasn’t been credited to my account.
Instead, Mostbet support keeps repeating the same scripted message:
"We apologize for the delay. Your request is already in the system."
If it’s already in the system for 6 days, why is there still no transaction update, no refund, and no action taken?
🔍 According to your own Terms & Conditions, in case of a failed or uncredited deposit, the operator must either add the funds to the gaming account or return them to the source within a reasonable timeframe. That window has already passed.
So what now? Is this not a clear violation of your own policy?
You promote having a €3 million guarantee fund and serving 7 million users, but fail to resolve a basic ₹5000 issue for a small user? What’s the point of those claims?
➡ Enough with copy-paste replies. I demand action — either credit my money or refund it.
Because after 6 days, this isn’t just a delay — it’s negligence, or worse, fraud.

They claim there is "no such deposit" in my account — even after I provided a verified BHIM UPI success message with transaction reference ID and official confirmation from BHIM Customer Care stating the payment was successfully credited to Mostbet’s UPI account on 12 July 2025 at 12:45 PM, ₹5000.00.
