Mostbet Casino - Delay in payment of PKR 50000

I'm writing to report an unresolved withdrawal issue. On May 19, 2025, at 02:19 am, I initiated a withdrawal of PKR 50,000 from my Mostbet account (ID: 237353072). Although the system shows the payment as successful, the amount hasn't been credited to my account.

Despite providing necessary documents, including bank statements and transaction screenshots, to the support team, the issue remains unresolved. According to their withdrawal policy, the maximum processing time is 72 hours, but it's been over 84 hours.

I've repeatedly contacted support, and they only respond with "issue under process" without any concrete resolution. I attaching supporting documents, including screenshots of chat with support team, transaction slip, and bank statement as needed to prove my claim.
