My account with a balance of $74 was permanently blocked on May 30 without any explanation or violation of the platform’s terms and conditions.
Initially, the account was frozen, and I contacted support. I was asked to provide several verification documents, including my passport, bank profile and history, birth certificate, and my Telegram username. I submitted all the requested documents promptly and was scheduled for a video verification call.
During the call, I responded to all the questions, and I was told that I would receive further updates via email. However, since that day, I have been unable to log in—my credentials now return an “invalid details” message.
I am requesting the platform to review my case, unblock my account, and allow me to withdraw my funds. My gaming account ID is 240291192.
