I made a deposit via a cash voucher 2 weeks ago. I immediately contacted the casino who said they would resolve the issue. It has now been 2 weeks and the payment company says that videoslots has taken the money from the voucher, but videoslots refuses to add the money to my account. They haven't even emailed me to say theyre working on it, and have left me in limbo wasting my time every day to check if I finally have received my funds, I even emailed them proof after 2 days and still nothing.

So after 3 weeks the money is in my account. Got no email notification or notification here that it was resolved as I was promised, but at least 3 weeks later the money was actually in my account. Really disappointed with the customer service though. But at least this was finally resolved.
