Melbet Casino - Verification and withdrawal Problem

Hi sir/mam,
In June, I deposited 30k inr in my melbet casino account . I won something and try to withdrawal. I got my 1st withdrawal on my AstroPay account. Then I try to withdrawal 2nd withdrawal I got msg from melbet Verification thing. I provide all documents. I have all . Indian ids like aadhar card and pan card these are national I'd of India. Then couple of days later I got msg from melbet casino "Dear customer, we received the information from the payment system concerning the suspicious deposits to your gaming account, therefore your gaming account will be under investigation.
Please be aware that you will not be able to withdraw your funds until the end of the investigation (180 days) and your gaming account balance will be unavailable until the end of the investigation as well" I gave my valid AstroPay account my name there. I deposited from my bank account. I have receipts also . I will share here. Both deposit and I got one withdrawal from there. I account still locked or freeze. That's why I can't share my withdrawal receipt from they. Please check attached file for more information.

First and foremost, we would like to extend our sincere apologies for the difficulties the user experienced.

We would also like to provide some context regarding the user’s case. On June 24, 2024, restrictions were placed on the user’s account, including a temporary suspension of withdrawal options, while an internal investigation was conducted. These measures were necessary to ensure the integrity of the platform and to thoroughly review the circumstances related to the account.

Following a comprehensive review by our Security Department, the investigation was concluded, and on August 13, the user successfully withdrew ₹31,590 — their full account balance.

In light of this, the main concern raised by the user — specifically, the withdrawal of funds — was resolved within a few weeks. We made every effort to address the situation as quickly as possible and ensure the user received their full balance.

Melbet Casino - Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381
I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.
