Dear Askgamblers Mediation Team,

I am requesting your intervention regarding a dispute with melbet concerning my account restricted on unjustified grounds and the denial of my rightful withdrawal of 510,620 NPR

Following a request from melbet support,I have submitted clear, original photos of my National ID(both side). Despite my full compliance ,melbet is deliberately delaying the verification process by falsely claiming the dacoments are not origin­al.f­ur­the­rmo­re,they have implemented an

Authorization Error preventing me from accessing my funds.

I am confident in the authenticity of my dacoment and have adhered to all terms and conditions. I ask ask Askgamblers to meditate and compel melbet to expedite the verification and release my funds immediately.

We regret to inform you that despite all the AskGamblers Complaint Team requests, Melbet Casino management refused based on their privacy policy to provide reasonable justification and/or solid evidence which could help us review and decide on this case adequately.

Unfortunately, in this situation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as unresolved and advise the player to seek further assistance from the relevant regulatory body or appointed ADR entity. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

As soon as the AskGamblers Complaint Team is notified about any decision on the case issued by the official regulatory body and/or ADR entity, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.

I have been struggling for nearly one full month to withdraw my 510,620 NPR. This has caused me immense mental stress and financial frustration. For 30 days, Melbet has played a repetitive game of 'fake documents' without providing a single piece of evidence. I have cooperated fully, yet their Security Department never responds to my emails. They tell me to contact Security, and then Security ignores me—it is a never-ending loop designed to make players give up on their own money. To prove my honesty beyond any doubt, I have officially offered to undergo a Live Video Verification (Video Conference), but Melbet has flatly refused. If they truly believed my documents were not original, a live video call would be the fastest way to confirm my identity. Their refusal to do a video call proves they have no case and are simply holding my money illegally. I am demanding that AskGamblers hold Melbet accountable for this 30-day harassment. I request a final 24-hour deadline for Melbet to either provide technical proof to AskGamblers or release my 510,620 NPR. I will not be silenced or ignored any longer.

I am truly sorry that you are experiencing this issue.

However, I do not have any influence over the Security Department and cannot affect their decision or change the verification process to another format, such as the video conference you mentioned. Such requests can only be discussed directly between you and the Security Department. Therefore, you may send these suggestions to them via email.

1:Live Video verification: I am ready for a live video call (via Skype, google Meet,or any platform) where I well show my physical ID cards and my face in real- time.

2: live email proof: I have already shared a screen- recorded video showing my email 'sent' folder to prove that the files were send directly from my device without manipulation.

Melbet Casino - Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381
I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.
