Then couple of days later I got msg from melbet casino "Dear customer, we received the information from the payment system concerning the suspicious deposits to your gaming account, therefore your gaming account will be under investigation.
Please be aware that you will not be able to withdraw your funds until the end of the investigation (180 days) and your gaming account balance will be unavailable until the end of the investigation as well" I gave my valid AstroPay account my name there. I deposited from my bank account. I have receipts also . I will share here. Both deposit and I got one withdrawal from there. I account still locked or freeze. On June 24, 2024, restrictions were placed on the user’s account, including a temporary suspension of withdrawal options, while an internal investigation was conducted. These measures were necessary to ensure the integrity of the platform and to thoroughly review the circumstances related to the account.
Following a comprehensive review by our Security Department, the investigation was concluded, and on August 13, the user successfully withdrew ₹31,590 — their full account balance.
In light of this, the main concern raised by the user — specifically, the withdrawal of funds — was resolved within a few weeks. We made every effort to address the situation as quickly as possible and ensure the user received their full balance.
