Hello! I've been a client since 2019 and have made numerous deposits and withdrawals without any issues. On January 31, 2026, I made a deposit of 77,580 rubles. It wasn't credited. I contacted support. They asked for a receipt, then created a request to search for the deposit. The deadline was set at two days.I provided a receipt, a video from my personal account, and a bank statement. They ultimately extended the period to 10 days. A total of 10 days have passed since the deposit. How long will it take for the funds to be credited? my id account 91081959
