HitNSpin Casino - Refuse to refund my two deposits after trying to deposit for third time

Hello ,

So basically and in short.

I signed up and deposit two times using my visa card both transactions were verified and deposited with no issues.

Third transaction it was declined and says please use a Mastercard and i do not own any Mastercard nor any other deposit methods other than my visa card.

I contacted live chat and they told me that there is a restriction on visa on my region so i asked for a refund as this is not my fault because if there is a restriction it should be made from first deposit so basically they made me deposit first time amount of $350 and then amount of $850 and the third time the restriction came to attention if i knew this would going to happen I wouldn't even deposit for second time or even first time.

I request a refund on my first and second deposits as the payment provider though to restrict my region on third attempt.

Dear AskGamblers,
My credit card number was leaked in a susbicious activity right after this incident,
I recieved numerous attempts to charge my card from different wesbites, very interesting specially after submitting it to this casino.


so basically they accepted me as a player when i signed up with my details, then accepted two depoists , the third time i try to depoist its rejected when contacting them they say its restricted in my region and try different method which i do not have.
And my card gets charged from different of websites after this incident which i am sure my data has been leaked to third parties.

On behalf of HitnSpin we guarantee any type of leak is entirely impossible, since all the payments go through PCI DSS secure protocol.
Although, we've contacted the PSP re your issue, they say, that you are to try several times, in case you get an error. Also, the alternative methods are at your disposal.

Dear Hitnspin,

The fact my credit card gets accepted on two depoists and on the third it gets denied as per your response in live chat to restrictions , and then write after these depoists i have my card charged anonymously from different sites shows my data is not safe on your site.

Plus i do not trust your website and your explanation for the issue.

Dear Hitnspin,

As i see there is no intentions from your side to resolve this issue , i do not wish any data of me is on your site and we would consider this issue Unresolved and i request all askgamblers community players to decide to play on a different caisno site because you might have your data leaked and also get restricted from depoisting after making two transactions before that.

However in case i get this is a formal response for not to refund my funds i would be escalating this issue to my bank

Please kindly advise what the casino should do. Clearly, the player received all the service, and we do not see any reasons for any refunds.

Dear Askgamblers,

Clearly i have been mislead in a website that accepts initial depoists then rejects future depoists due to region restrictions . That being said all withdrawels would have been rejected too.

I hope the casino refunds my depoists in a good manner.
