Ongoing withdrawal loop and unreleased winnings

Hi AGCCS,

I am raising a formal complaint regarding the ongoing withdrawal issue I have been experiencing with gg.bet Casino.

I won approximately USD 2,000 (PHP 117,625.00) on December 13. Since then, I have been attempting to withdraw my winnings, but I have been stuck in a repetitive loop that has now happened three times.

The process always follows the same pattern:
• I create a withdrawal request
• I wait 1–2 days for approval
• Once approved, customer support informs me that the transfer will take up to 5 business days via an external payment provider
• When the 5th day arrives, the withdrawal is rejected due to “technical reasons”
• I am then instructed to submit a new withdrawal request and wait again

I have already gone through this process three times.

For the third attempt, I was explicitly told that I should receive the funds by January 2, as the withdrawal request was approved on December 28. As of today, it has been 7 days since approval for the USD 1,000 bank transfer, and another withdrawal that was supposed to be processed today is now also delayed.

What makes this situation more frustrating is that whenever I follow up, customer support provides the same copy-pasted response stating that the payment provider is beyond their control and that I should continue waiting. Eventually, the withdrawal gets cancelled, and I am told to start over, resulting in yet another week of processing. This has become a clear loop with no resolution.

Given the current level of technology, it is unreasonable for withdrawals to take this long, be manually reviewed repeatedly, and then fail without a clear explanation. I won this money legitimately, and I should be able to receive my winnings without being subjected to endless delays and repeated cancellations.

I am exhausted from waiting and repeatedly hoping that this time the withdrawal will finally go through. I am requesting immediate assistance and a concrete resolution so that my winnings can be released without further delay.

Thank you for your response. However, the explanation provided does not address the core issue and simply repeats the same reasoning that has already been sent multiple times.

At this point, the problem is no longer individual “technical issues,” but a clear and recurring pattern of failed withdrawals despite repeated assurances, completed security checks, and prior successful payouts using the same payment methods.

Here are the specific inconsistencies that remain unresolved:

GCash withdrawals

Two GCash withdrawals were successfully completed.

Two other GCash withdrawals, submitted roughly 20 seconds apart using the same method, were rejected.

The successful withdrawals totaled PHP 15,000, while the rejected ones totaled PHP 20,000.

These transactions were routed through Coins.ph, a Philippine-based e-wallet where transfers typically complete within seconds.

PayMaya

Successfully used in December.

Rejected consistently in January across three full processing cycles.

Bank Transfer

Successfully used in December.

If the issue is solely on the payment provider’s side, then these outcomes should be consistent. They are not. Selective success and selective rejection strongly suggest either internal limits, undisclosed thresholds, or manual intervention rather than random technical failures.

I also do not understand why I am required to restart the entire withdrawal process repeatedly, including security checks, when:

The winnings have already been verified multiple times.

The same funds have been locked in a cycle for months.

Each cycle follows the same pattern: New Request → In Progress → Rejected after 5–10 days → Repeat.

If there are withdrawal limits, provider caps, internal risk thresholds, or timing restrictions, this should be stated clearly and honestly. Continuing to instruct me to “try another payment method” when all available methods have already failed multiple times is not a resolution.

Please provide:

A concrete explanation for why some withdrawals succeed while others fail under identical conditions.

Confirmation of any limits or restrictions affecting my account or withdrawal amounts.

A clear, actionable resolution that does not involve restarting the same failed process again.

I am requesting a direct, non-scripted response that explains how and when the remaining withdrawals will be completed.

Ich möchte euch meine Situtation schildern mit Video beweisen ( Video beweise für Admins ) und Screenshot beweisen ,
Ich habe eine FreiWette von 5€ bekommen die Bonusbediengungen waren 5€ zu einem Spiel deren Wahl zu einer Quote von 1,75 umzusetzten , dies habe ich auch gemacht siehe Screenshots . Ich habe von den 5€ Freiwette 5,75€ gewonnen bei einer quote von 2,12 ,
5€ x 2,12 = 10,75 € , die 5€ bonus wurden direkt abgebucht da ich Gewonnen hatte und ich hatte 5,75€ Echtgeldguthaben . Mit 5,75€ Echtgeldguthaben habe ich eine Wette mit einer Quote von 40 gewonnen und habe dadurch 235€ erziehlt . Dieses wurde mir aber nicht als Echtgeldguthaben gerechnet sondern es wurde in den Bonusguthaben umgewandelt . Nun war ich im Support ab jetzt alles mit Videobeweis (für Admins) Ich habe im Support mit Olaf gesprochen er hat mir gesagt das ich um den Bonus zu erhalten nochmals eine Wette von 5,75€ zu einer Quote von 1,75 umsetzten müsste (was mir schon komisch vorkam) dies habe ich auch gemacht . Ich habe von den 235€ Guthaben eine Wette von 5,75€ gesetzt zu einer Quote von 1,75 und habe wieder gewonnen . Nun wurden mir 15€ guthaben zugeschrieben und 235€ waren weg (Im Video alles zu sehen) und mir wurde gesagt sie haben 15€ maximal gewinnen können . Ich habe 3 Scheine hintereinander gewonnen mein Guthaben war auf 235€ , und mit dem letzten schein wo mir Olaf gesagt hat ich soll noch 5,75€ umsetzten habe ich 15€ gewonnen dies wurde mir dann berechnet , aber mir wurden mein eigentliches Geld was nicht im Bonus war abgezogen und mir wurde gesagt das dies die Bonusbedingungen wären , Obwohl im Bild und in den Videos zu erkennen ist das der Bonus schein schon gewonnen war und nix mit dem anderen schein zu tun hat . Ich möchte hier darauf hinweißen das es sich um Betrug handelt und das Starke Konsequenzen mitsich ziehen wird . Da hier einfach Geld entfernt wird . Ich bitte sie um Hilfe bevor ich zum Amtsgericht muss da ich leider die Kosten erstmal nicht tragen kann . Aber die Stadt (Amtgericht) mir sicherlich weiter helfen würde da ich Videobeweise habe wie Geld von meinem Konto weggebucht wird.
