Ongoing withdrawal loop and unreleased winnings

I am raising a formal complaint regarding the ongoing withdrawal issue I have been experiencing with gg.bet Casino.
I won approximately USD 2,000 (PHP 117,625.00) on December 13. Since then, I have been attempting to withdraw my winnings, but I have been stuck in a repetitive loop that has now happened three times.
The process always follows the same pattern:
• I create a withdrawal request
• I wait 1–2 days for approval
• Once approved, customer support informs me that the transfer will take up to 5 business days via an external payment provider
• When the 5th day arrives, the withdrawal is rejected due to “technical reasons”
• I am then instructed to submit a new withdrawal request and wait again
I have already gone through this process three times.
For the third attempt, I was explicitly told that I should receive the funds by January 2, as the withdrawal request was approved on December 28. As of today, it has been 7 days since approval for the USD 1,000 bank transfer, and another withdrawal that was supposed to be processed today is now also delayed.
What makes this situation more frustrating is that whenever I follow up, customer support provides the same copy-pasted response stating that the payment provider is beyond their control and that I should continue waiting. Eventually, the withdrawal gets cancelled, and I am told to start over, resulting in yet another week of processing. This has become a clear loop with no resolution.
Given the current level of technology, it is unreasonable for withdrawals to take this long, be manually reviewed repeatedly, and then fail without a clear explanation. I won this money legitimately, and I should be able to receive my winnings without being subjected to endless delays and repeated cancellations.
I am exhausted from waiting and repeatedly hoping that this time the withdrawal will finally go through. I am requesting immediate assistance and a concrete resolution so that my winnings can be released without further delay.
