I made a withdrawal request from GGbet last October 4, 2021 amounting to $300 and yet it is still pending. I have not received my money yet.
GGbet hasn't been responding to my email, and is only saying the same thing through chat. No actual help or update.
Please help me get my money back from them. I sincerely need it to pay some medical bills.

We would like to note that the transaction mentioned in the complaint was processed by our team within a few hours of the request being submitted. However, the delays occurred specifically during the payment provider's processing stage. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the processing speed of third-party intermediaries, and we regret that you had to wait additional time to receive your funds. We also monitored the transaction status and were eager for its swift completion.
Later, we received a notification that the transaction was declined by your bank, and on November 5th, 2021, we informed you of this via email. All funds were immediately and automatically returned to your balance.
On November 9th, you submitted a new withdrawal request, and by November 10th, you had received the funds in your account.
