I have requested withdrawal on the 27.03.2025 with 4 transactions (due to the technical limit for a single transaction)
Usually it takes around 2 days for some of the withdrawal transactions should have been pass through or received; however this time the status of the withdrawal hasn't changed after 4 days. The status of the transaction have shown "New", which means that it hasn't been processed from the finance team yet; this is very unusual.
No specific timeframes or transaction status are given from the customer support chat service after countless times contacting.
The total amount of withdrawal for 4 transactions = 60,000 THB or equivalent to $1768.48 USD

2. The sincerity and legitimacy of the website and are they planning to approve the withdrawal?
