I have requested withdrawal on the 27.03.2025 with 4 transactions (due to the technical limit for a single transaction)

Usually it takes around 2 days for some of the withdrawal transactions should have been pass through or received; however this time the status of the withdrawal hasn't changed after 4 days. The status of the transaction have shown "New", which means that it hasn't been processed from the finance team yet; this is very unusual.

No specific timeframes or transaction status are given from the customer support chat service after countless times contacting.

The total amount of withdrawal for 4 transactions = 60,000 THB or equivalent to $1768.48 USD

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. After 1 month of waiting my patient have ended and decided to bet all the money in the account.

I think this is what gg.bet wanted, finally I lost all the money due to my patient have ended.

This should not happen to anyone else and i plan to stop using gg.bet forever because of there sincere on the withdrawal matter.

There are other site that is more legit and more sincere toward customer.

Since 27 March 2025 until today 27 April 2025 (1 month) of waiting.
Nothing have change only word word word from GG.Bet but no result.

Now I'm wondering that:
1. Have been waiting for withdrawal for a month (it should be this long this is so outrage?)
2. The sincerity and legitimacy of the website and are they planning to approve the withdrawal?
3. Only explanation result = 0

I am filing this complaint against GGbet Casino regarding my account which has been placed under a betting limit, making me unable to open the live chat window and contact support.

• My account has fully completed KYC verification and all turnover/wagering requirements.

• On March 31, 2026, after winning several bets on the same day, my account was immediately placed under a betting limit.

• I am completely unable to open the live chat support window.

• I submitted a withdrawal request for 2000 USDT on March 31, 2026. However, on April 1, 2026, the withdrawal was rejected with the reason “technical reasons”.

• Since then, I have made multiple additional withdrawal attempts, all of which were also rejected. The withdrawal IDs are as follows:

2. Provide a specific and concrete timeline for when the withdrawals will be received, rather than dismissing the issue with vague “technical reasons”.
