On the 15th of October 2024, I requested a withdrawal from Gangsta Casino.

I used Neteller for a deposit, but was not possible to use it for withdrawal for unknown reasons. So I was informed I had to use a bank transfer. In total, I wanted to withdraw 500€. According to their terms maximum pr. Withdrawal is 400€ and maximum is 500€ pr. Day.

So I made two withdrawal requests, the first was for 400€ and 2nd was for 100€

After completing KYC, then they completed one of the withdrawal requests, for some reason they completed the 2nd withdrawal request of 100€ and it came to my account the next day.

And then since that, nothing has happened. I have contacted them multiple times via email and some of the responses feel like an automatic AI response. Always the same we are sorry for the delay we work very hard to process your payment as quickly as possible.

Now the last few emails have been saying they have some temporary technical issue with their payment department that is causing the delay.

I am writing my complaint here in the hope that it could speed up the process, but also to warn others what could happen if they choose to play here.

On Friday 25th October a few hours after my complaint was published here on askgamblers then my withdrawal request changed from pending to authorized.
Then today 28th October around one hour after gangsta casino responded here on askgamblers, then my withdrawal request changed status to accepted.
And finally on 14:43 28th October the 400€ was in my bank account.

So to sum it up, not the best experience I have had with a casino a very bumpy ride.

I made deposit with Neteller, but was not able to make a withdrawal to it. I was informed only solution was to use bank transfer.
The kyc process was also not the best experience. On the website I followed the steps of sending picture of my passport to verify my identity and latest internet provider bill to verify my address.
Because I used Neteller for deposit i expected they would need verification for that also so I send screenshots showing the deposit and personal information from my Neteller account and also bank statement to verify my bank account. And even added a selfie with my passport to make sure they had all they needed.
Next day they asked me to send selfie with a piece of paper saying the days date and name of casino.
Seems like they do what they can to extend the period for the withdrawal.

Their terms says max 500€ withdrawal pr. Day. That seemed acceptable to me. But was not how it worked. They have a maximum of 400€ pr. Transaction and after they confirmed the first of 100€ nothing happens for 10 days, until my complaint was posted here.

But this can be closed because I can confirm I got all the money requested. Thanks for the help askgamblers
