On the 15th of October 2024, I requested a withdrawal from Gangsta Casino.
I used Neteller for a deposit, but was not possible to use it for withdrawal for unknown reasons. So I was informed I had to use a bank transfer. In total, I wanted to withdraw 500€. According to their terms maximum pr. Withdrawal is 400€ and maximum is 500€ pr. Day.
So I made two withdrawal requests, the first was for 400€ and 2nd was for 100€
After completing KYC, then they completed one of the withdrawal requests, for some reason they completed the 2nd withdrawal request of 100€ and it came to my account the next day.
And then since that, nothing has happened. I have contacted them multiple times via email and some of the responses feel like an automatic AI response. Always the same we are sorry for the delay we work very hard to process your payment as quickly as possible.
Now the last few emails have been saying they have some temporary technical issue with their payment department that is causing the delay.
I am writing my complaint here in the hope that it could speed up the process, but also to warn others what could happen if they choose to play here.
