Hello,I have an issue with this casino regarding three of my withdrawals for 400 euros submitted on 7.2.2026.

I can see in their terms and conditions they promise to process withdrawals during 3 business days which is not the case for me.

To be fair my account got fully verified on 10.2.2026. In the morning so I can understand the delay till then but the timeframe to process withdrawals as stated in T.C has already passed by now and live agent says it is not their department so they cannot help me while their kyc email support team didn't gave me any concrete answer either just that my inquiry will be prioritized now(live agent suggested me to contact them for more information).I can see the others here have also complained about delayed withdrawal so I would like an answer from someone who can actually help me with this issue.I'm not impatient person and I understand delays are possible but i would just like to know whats going on with it.

Hello,i want to note that disputed amount is 1200 euros and not just 400.My bad if i expressed myself wrong but I have 3 pending withdrawals of 400 euros each.

I can see now that I had not even a slightest chance to get a response from them if they even won't respond here.It's like they don't even care about the image and casino credibility this shows,to me it is just shocking a casino with license can operate like this and straight out refuse paying out their players without proper explanation on it.I'm just deeply disappointed a situation like this can even occur,I have played on many casinos and delays do happen but at least they answer and get back to me in case of it.

Gangsta casino,not sure why you mention deposit when the issue are 3 withdrawals from 7.2.2026 as shown in pictures above.Your system listed them as failed transactions last week and now they are just pending again so i would appreciate the help with this.

Hello,I can confirm I got the reply from their support team but as I asked them(no answer) I will ask here if it is possible to tell me timeframe(in timely manner)that my withdrawals will be processed since even with the bank issue on my end from the moment my account got fully verified to the first try of processing my withdrawal 7 business days passed which is longer than stated in TC and up to 5 days for heavy workload times.I would really like to get ahead of this issue and get an answer now because it seems very hard to get ahold of support in this casino when I waited a week just to finally get an answer to what's going on with my withdrawals(after numerous times contacting their support).Dear Askgamblers mod team and Gangsta casino please give me an suggestion on this matter,should I close this ticket for now and hopefully receive my winnings in timely manner and if not can I reopen this ticket in case of a long wait again.Looking forward to the feedback and thank you for helping me solve this issue.

Thank you Gangsta casino for the information about the issue but it has been another 4 bussines days since I requested my withdrawals and got no response on it.Can you please do something about this because I have been trying to cash out my 3 withdrawals for a month now and despite the issue with my bank it should not last this long for it to get resolved.I have never waited this long on any other casino so please help me resolve this issue.

Gangsta casino,I have 3 submitted withdrawals.One on 25.2.2026.which should have been processed already and two on 3.3.2026.The cancell happened before those dates and my last withdrawal was processed on last monday so that is now 5 bussines days without any payment to me.Please tell me how long am I supposed to wait at this point since it seems impossible to cash out funds at normal pace in this casino.You have also mentioned above to send me timelines and dates for my withdrawals and i still got nothing from you.Please send me those so we can solve this already.

I confirm I got the money on this wednesday on minfinity wallet for withdrawal submited on 25.2.2026.and it remained in pending mode until now when it should have been in accepted mod but i see you have fixed it now.Not sure why u say final withdrawal request when now i still have 2 left submited on 3.3.2026. 400 euros each.i can show any information I still did not receive those funds and they remain pending currently in my casino account.Please let me know when can i expect them to be processed so we can solve this case.Thanks for the help.

Update: I have received just now another 400 euro on minfinity(withdrawal still says pending but should be accepted).I have only 1 withdrawal left now of 400 euros and will update here when i receive the payment for it.

Dear Askgamblers, as stated above I am still waiting on 1 withdrawal of 400 euro from this casino and then my case is resolved.I was looking forward to answer from them today but now that timer is reset again I don't know when will I hear back since they seem to respond each time when timer is about to expire.
