Made a withdrawal of 400 euro. I played some more and Lost. Then I cancel my withdrawal on 400 euro but never got the money credited on my account. I have tried to contact them but they are telling me it's a technical error. I have been in contact with the casino a few times and they are telling me to wait. This thing should not be a error

Regarding this case. We had such an error, however, on April 22, 2024, we returned the money that was missing to the player’s account in full (400 euros). Since we cannot pay this amount to the player, players need to withdraw it themselves. Instead of requesting a withdrawal again, the player lost this amount and then asked to close his account forever. We certainly apologize to you that you encountered such a difficulty, however, there were no fraudulent actions on our part.
We have corrected this error and will closely monitor it to ensure it does not happen again.
