My account was closed when I requested a withdrawal

A few days ago I made a deposit of about €30 in this casino and before some days I made a withdrawal request of €220 and while I was waiting 3 days for my money I suddenly went to enter my account and there was a message that it was closed!
I can't understand how this company works. I tried to verify before but it said that it is not needed.
I spoke on their live chat 3 times and they gave me the same answer, that they made this decision and that I should wait for an email, which they have never sent me! I have not received any deposit bonuses. The only thing I played was a few bets and slots. Hope you can help me Askgamblers
