Payment delayed intentionally

I am writing this to complaint against Fezbet casino, which is not following its rules and delaying my withdrawal intentionally.
I requested a withdrawal of Rs 31550 on 23rd April withdrawal transaction I'd be1ef752-c9d7-4cb6-999c-14b7b40fa6a7.
According to their terms withdrawal will be completed in three business working days but it's been over 8 days and it is still in pending status.
Whenever I contact support team they don't give any positive response and just say please wait it will be completed soon.
So, now I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and help me get my withdrawal.
I will be really grateful.
