Withdrawal takes ages again

Hi All,

I was promised I will receive my withdrawal within 3 working days, but it obviously did not happen. This is already the 5th workin day, chat support giving me no support, only answering that there is a "small delay"...

My withdrawal is still under review. It is about 200000 HUF. Please solve it ASAP!

Regarding the bonus: chat support told me on Monday I can not claim the bonus, because I have a pending withdrawal, BUT: I am able to receive it whenever I request it. Was it a lie? It is Wednesday, FINALLY all my withdrawals have been completed, and now they tell me I can not get any bonus!

Thank you for this absolutely un-detailed, not really helpful answer without any real analysis regarding my exact case, what still took almost 3 days to provide!

Explain me something: how is it possible, that on week A I am receiving a cashback bonus (based on my previous week's deposits), and on week B chat support is giving me an answer that my activity did not even reach the minimum amount of deposits (???)

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Ich habe einen Gewinn von 400 Euro gewonnen. Alle Voraussetzungen zur Verifikation sind erfüllt. Aber es wird einfach nicht ausgezahlt. Auf Nachfrage werde ich immer wieder abgewimellt. Ständig wurde mir gesagt, dass meine Konto zwar verifiziert ist, aber das das Geld für den 17. 06.2022 vorgemerkt ist. Die Auszahlung kommt aber immer noch nicht. Angeblich sei die Anfrage sehr hoch.

FEZbet Spielothek - Gratiswette abgeleht, Bedingungen erfüllt

Die Gratiswette wurde mit der Begründung "Entscheidung der Verwaltung" abgelehnt, obwohl alle Bedingungen erfüllt sind, siehe Anhänge.

Dies war jetzt schon das zweite Mal so. Die andere Aktion war im Prinzip gleichartig. Falls es eine positive Entscheidung gibt, könnte ich das noch nachreichen bzw. mich auf diese Beschwerde beziehen

FEZbet Spielothek - Auszahlungen werden trotz Zusage nicht eingehalten

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

nachdem gestern 14 Tage lang meine Auszahlungsanfrage unbearbeitet blieb, wendete ich mich an den Kundendienst. Wie sie im Anhang dieser Beschwerde (Screenshot) sehen, wurden mir dort drei exakte Daten (24.02., 28.02., 02.03.) für meine drei offenen Auszahlungen zugesagt.

Meine Freude hielt jedoch nur kurz: Nachdem am 24.02. keine Auszahlung ankam und am 25.02. ebenfalls nicht, kontaktierte ich erneut den Kundendienst. Dieser konnte plötzlich keine konkreten Daten mehr nennen und verwies mich auf die Standard-Antwort, dass irgendwann bald die Auszahlungen bearbeitet werden.

Leider weiß ich nun als Kunde nicht mehr, ob es von dem jeweiligen Mitarbeiter abhängt, welche Antworten man bekommt oder auf was man sich verlassen kann. Jedenfalls finde ich es beängstigend, dass der Kundendienst so widersprüchliche Aussagen tätigt.

Mich würde nun interessieren, wann ich endlich mit meinem Geld rechnen kann. In den Anhang der Beschwerde setze ich den Chatverlauf mit der zugesagten Auszahlung.

Not processing my payment for 6 days

Got bonusmoney after a deposit, which was successfully wagered and ended up as 400 euros in cash. Withdrawal made 6 days ago, during which time i contacted fezbet multiple times by the delay (site promises 3 day withdrawal). Asked if everything is fine with the withdrawal/wagering, and always got told all is good, sorry for the delay. Nothing has still changed, and my withdrawal is hanging. I even got told i would been put in "priority processing", which has made no difference.

I am writing this to complaint against Fezbet casino, which is not following its rules and delaying my withdrawal intentionally.

I requested a withdrawal of Rs 31550 on 23rd April withdrawal transaction I'd be1ef752-c9d7-4cb6-999c-14b7b40fa6a7.

According to their terms withdrawal will be completed in three business working days but it's been over 8 days and it is still in pending status.

Whenever I contact support team they don't give any positive response and just say please wait it will be completed soon.

So, now I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and help me get my withdrawal.

Withdrawal delayed for no apparent reason

I was promised I would receive my withdrawal within 3 working days, but it has already passed that time frame. This is already the 5th working day, chat support always gives the same replies, such as "we've forwarded it to the finance department."

My USDT-BEP20 withdrawal is still under review.

Crypto transactions are almost instant, so I don't know why it's taking so long.

When I click the verification tab, it says "at the moment your account does not require verification," and I have not been asked to do so by the support team either.

My withdrawal has remained in "Under review" status for 8 days. I have contacted live support multiple times and spoke with an agent named Joseph, who provided only scripted responses about "security checks" and "patience" without giving a specific timeline or reason for the delay.

As this is a cryptocurrency transaction on the Ethereum network (ERC-20), there are no banking delays or intermediary processing times that justify an 8-day hold. My account is fully verified, and I have had no issues with deposits.

Furthermore, I noticed that the mandatory licensing seal (Anjouan/NovaForge Ltd) is currently missing from the footer of the FEZbet website, which raises concerns about regulatory transparency. I am requesting that FEZbet process my withdrawal immediately. I have documented all chat transcripts and screenshots of the pending transaction to provide as evidence.

It says my account is restricted but they haven't requested any verification documents and my withdrawals still aren't being processed. Would like to withdraw my funds and if I need to submit documents I'm happy to do so. Let me know what I can do to complete my withdrawals. Very slow withdrawal process

I made a withdrawal 10 days ago. Since then they havent even reviewed my withdrawal. Live support says i just should wait, but nothing seem to happen. I dont know, but got a feeling they try to prolong my withdrawal request so that I maybe will cancel it. I did this last time, but this time i wont. Can you help me push forward this complain?
