I am having a serious issues with the casino regarding my withdrawal.

On submitted a withdrawal request of 42 EUR going to 9 days without be paid and account verification wasn't requested.

I chatted with their live support and they told me that, financial department will soon proceed with my withdrawal but they don't specify the exact date of my payment to processed and approved

I have sent email but I keep getting same responses all the time

Please I need your help on my issue with this casino to receive my funds.
