FEZbet cancelled my withdrawal attempts 6 times in a row

Hi,

I've been waiting for 7 weeks now to get my money out of FEZbet.

I played a lot of Casino games and took some bets too.

Now I am sitting on 550 Euro, which I tried to get transferred to my bank account.

FEZbet cancelled all of my attempts, always after waiting 5 working days, without an explanation.

In the Livechat, I also didn't get a lot of help, the agents always told me that it would be done manually now, but nothing happened.

Kindly be informed that the withdrawal request was cancelled multiple times by the provider.

Unfortunately, the funds were subsequently used for gameplay, and there is no remaining balance available for withdrawal.

For future reference, we recommend trying an alternative payment method to avoid similar issues.
