I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing delay in processing my withdrawal request of 5000 euros. Despite having submitted the requested documents and my account being fully verified, the withdrawal remains on hold without any specific reason provided.

I have attempted to resolve this issue through live chat and email support but have received no answer on my emails and no definitive timeline for the resolution of this matter.

I kindly ask Dolfwin to prioritize this matter and provide clear explanations for the delay. Additionally, please provide and estimated timeline for when the the withdrawal will be processed.
