Dolfwin Casino froze my withdrawal for no reason
Hello,
I submitted a withdrawal request from Dolfwin Casino on 14th July and have still not received my payment (9594 PLN in ca. 2615USDC).
I have sent numerous emails with no reply and have also spoke on to their Live Chatand keep getting the same response that it’s been reviewed and will be processed soon ( no timeframe given).
My account is fully verified,I have been told by security team to send selfie with ID, what I did, and got 0 updates.
I also never used bonuses.
Please help me AskGamblers to solve this case.
