I am trying to get help again. I have gambled at dolfwin since this summer. Several times i have asked to get self excluded. One time they closed my account for 30 days but recently the haven't been answering my mails. During that time I kept playing and won 1027 euro. I then sent an email just to be sure that they wouldn't close my account before the money was withdrawn.
I won the money sep 5th, On sep 6th i got an email that they wanted a bank statement. I sent that to them directly. A few days later i asked if the money was paid out, on the site it said that the withdrawal was approved on the 8th sep.
Then I got an email asking if I still was experiencing trouble and I answered that the withdrawal still was missing.They told me that everything was in order from their side and asked me what the amount was and that they were going to look into it. Then they wanted a screenshot from my bank account which I gave them. Then I have sent them the bank statement again and they keep saying that it has been withdrawn. I have sent them more emails that they don't respond to and now they closed my account for another 30 days and the money i still missing.
I cant upload more files, it says wrong while uploading. Can i send the files in some other way?
