Delayed payment technical issues

To whom it may concern,

I have a 2132 euro withdrawal being withheld firstly due to technical issues with no specific reason. I was asked to resubmit. I subsequently resubmitted the withdrawal for an higher amount and now the payment is still pending. My account is fully verified and have already had a successful withdrawal of 100 euro. This is clearly delaying tactics. Live chat is no help and emailing support is leading to generic responses with no detail stating that another department looks after it. Thanks for your help in advance.
