CrownCas Casino - Verification process taking too long emails ignored
Hello on Thursday night 21/11/2019 I lodged 100 euro into my crowncas account and after playing a Avalon won 4000 euro. They have a 2000 per day withdrawal limit so I did that and send my verification documents to [email protected]
I have had no reply yet even though it says it only takes 48 hours or two business days. The live chat option will not help me they just say they will pass on the message. Even when I ask how long more do you think it will take they simply reply saying I tec support I cannot help you. This is extremely frustrating from someone who is your only method of communicating with a casino.
I have since won another 2000 so I am now waiting to withdraw 6000 in total. The casino does not have the option to flush the withdrawal so this is very stressful
Yesterday I sent them my passport and another more recent household bill just in case they didn’t accept my drivers licence
So I have sent my credit card picture a bank statement two house hold bills my drivers licence and passport
I do not mind waiting but the zero response to emails is extremely worrying as we are now approaching a week since I first submitted them for approval
