Hi, I have a pending withdrawal for 1400€. I made the withdrawal on 8.3.2020 as I have completed account verification on that time. I have confirmed from live chat that my account has been verified. Also I have talked multiple time with live chat about the withdrawal. First time the answer was that withdrawals are handled in 2-3 days which is acceptable. But after that answers has been like I'm only technical person and can't help. Also sent multiple emails to [email protected] and [email protected] with zero answers. I hope to receive my money asap. Deposit made via credit card as the withdrawal.
