CrownCas Casino - Payment delay with documentation
Hi.
I have an amount at the site crowncas.com
I have tried to talk to them 3 times and also sent them an email, but have not received any answer.
The first time I talked with them was 14.mars with a guy named Aleksandro (see photos from this chat).
I did not receive any email from them and I wrote to them again the 15.mars with the name on chat called Online (see pictures from this chat with that name).
At the 15 of mars I also sent them an email about the money I have pending at their site.
"Hi.
I have an amount of 1.500 EUR pending at your site, and I have been waiting for these money for some time now. I was in contact with technical support at your site -crowncas.com- yesterday, aleksandro, and he said he would pass this on to your finance department and that I would receive an email from them. I have still not received any email and I took contact again with your technical support today, Online, and he said he also would bring this forwards today to the finance department.
As the situation are now, and that I have been in contact with you earlier, I hope you will reply as soon as possible.
Waiting to hear from you"
After this email I sill did not hear anything from them so the 19 of mars I again took contact and talk to Robert. (see picture from the chat).
