CrownCas Casino - Stalling practices / delayed payment
Unfortunately I am experiencing a delayed payment from 15 September at Crowncas Casino.
I signed up through the link from here to try my luck in this new casino, i saw their ranking is ok and they have my fav. games also a nice welcome bonus with transparent and clear terms, so i deposited, took the 150% W.B and finished the wager properly.
I was very lucky and I really enjoyed the moments ending up with 2k that night when I decided to withdraw by banktransfer.
I've sent in my documents and 2 days later (17 September) I received an email from Crowncas support/payments: my account is fully verified and my withdraw is on its way, it can take up to 48h when visible on my bankaccount, so far so good.
Excited as i wer,..unfortunately 4 business days past (19 September) and i received no payment yet :(
I decided to wrote an email about whats wrong ...support wrote back and said .,,they will check their bank and get back to me asap. 21 September I wrote again and I asked them to let me know why the delay.
22 September i received a reply that they will update me latest on Monday 23 September unfortunately until today 24 September no email, no update.
Although you should give new casinos some time to get their things done I did some research about Crowncas casino on AskGamblers and I can see the owner ''Stage5'' holds more casino's, when I dug a little bit deeper into this group I can see they have a lot of very long delayed payments complaints here, nevertheless mostly are solved. I would be pleased to see my case solved as well, Could you please help me ?
