I'm already verified, this is my second withdraw. I requested a withdraw of € 1000 at 03.02.2020 and got at 04.02.2020 this Mail:
"Dear User, we are happy to confirm that your withdrawal was accepted.
Depending on the Withdrawal Method it might take up to 2-3 Business days until you receive it."
But i didn' receive anything. No response to my Emails and Live Support says it will be processed soon and now its 2 weeks later and nothing happend.
