Hello,
I have send my documents for the verification on the 3rd of December, and my account still is not verified. I have tried and talk with live chat and all that they can say is, I quote:"I am sorry, but I am only a technical support, I do not handle verification.
You need to wait for a confirmation email from the office when your verification is ready."
I am getting same info now for more then 3 days. I was hoping that live chat talked with the verification team, to speed thing up, but nothing has changed.
