For more than a month, all letters are ignored. Do not withdraw funds. My account is fully verified. Redirect to other departments and no one answers. The deposit was still December 5th. Today is January 13th and nothing has changed. They just do not withdraw money. Also, the amount of 61 euros ... is not it a shame? The chat says that they do not solve these issues. They provided an email where you need to write - but there is no answer to the letters.
