CrownCas Casino - Almost one month without any information about my withdrawal
When I started playing on this site, I chose to begin with the welcome bonus. I managed to go from 40 Euro to 1000 Euro. This was on 28 of November. I then decided to do a withdrawal and sent in all of my verification on E-mail.
On this day, 18 of December I have still not heard anything from the casino, apart from one mail that they answered on Monday 9 of November, saying they will process it ASAP. Still nothing has happen. The live chat is supportive when it comes to games etc, but when it is about anything else for your account, they cant help out. It's always "you must wait for a email from the verification staff"
